Hour of Prayer and Reflection for Peace and for Persecuted Christians in the Middle East on Tuesday June 16, 7pm, at the Church of the Holy Spirit, Blanco and Ramsey Ave. Most Rev. Michael Pfeifer, OMI, Bishop Emeritus of San Angelo, will be the presider and although this is a service for Holy Sepulchre members everyone is invited to attend and asked to invite friends. The Order of the Holy Sepulchre was formed in 1099 at the end of the first Crusade. Today the Knights and Ladies of the Order are committed to prayer and financial support to maintain Christianity and its facilities in the Holy Land. They are asked to pray every day for peace.
